I did sell my TV plasma because I had to pay a lot of money on it, but in the rest I have donated to people all that I have changed in the house, the furniture, clothes, PC, laptop, toys, fridge, the microwave, etc (of course not all of them at the same time, but when it was needed to buy something I had to donate the old thing).

It depends on my economic situation, if I find myself suffering from economic problems then I will sell my stuff usually looking for buyers online. For my daughters stuff she leaves behind I rather give them away to a family who can't afford things for their children. I gave her shoes to a poor baby girl who had to walk barefoot in the streets because her mother couldn't afford shoes.

If I have something at the hands to sell, I will do it. Owning some more money is better option and more reliable than owning some fancy, unnecessary thing.
When it comes to the clothes, I will either donate one I don't need or sell something that is decent.
The same goes for anything else.
Personally I think that we own too much junk in our homes to start with.
