Generally people prefer to get their house built on total contract basis but some people arrange some of the items on their own. I can list couple of such jobs like landscaping, side boundary walls, electrification, sanitation, painting and flooring besides a couple of more. My question is whether you get everything done by contractor/builder or leave something for your own?
