I have long been interested in mobile cuisine for their variety and creativity. There were names likeLog In and the Shangri-La Express (prices under $10). They come in many forms and they provide us with various types of food, from Indian food to Middle East treats to regular burritos and fish tacos. Some are expensive but some are adequately priced. We get to check and see where they are located and if the business is still running, for sale or under new management online, like from thisLog In website. I have always enjoyed grabbing hot dogs from food stands and the specials in the areas where I travel to, to get acquainted with the culture. I think the food trucks and mobile cuisine can be a wonderful option to save money on eating out. What do you think of the emerging mobile cuisine, should we give them a try? Do you eat the food they sell on food trucks?
