I think you should drink about 10 glasses of water everyday to be healthy-and tap water has no calories or sugar which is great-but a lot of the beverages people consume everyday have quite a bit of water in them as well-and they include fruit juices,coffee,sodas,and iced tea. Also they say people that drink coffee and these other drinks can dehydrate you but thats not the case if you consume moderate amonts of these drinks.
