I have a very busy schedule. My dat starts at 8 in the morning, and doesn't end until 10 at night. Lately i have been having trouble performing at work. I have little to no energy. The performance is starting to suffer because of it, and i need a solution fast. I Have been thinking about trying energy drinks. However. I have heard that they only give you about an hour of energy, and then you crash pretty hard. Is this true? If so. I need to consider other option because this would only make things worse. Can anyone recommend a good energy drink to me?
