Long-story-short: If you are perfectly "right" but -are more-violent than whoever's "wrong," cops' first duty is to stop you! Cops don't care who you are. You could be The King of The World (like me); but if you're causing a 'raucous' (is that the word?), you're not worth any more than any suspected criminal! ... just something that seemed important to know.
