So, lately, I've been eating a lot of food from McDonalds. I know that it's not healthy at all, but the cravings were so strong that I had to go up there and get some cheeseburger and fries. I've noticed, though, that I've gained a couple of pounds and I'm getting alarmed. Is there anyone here who feels the same way, or have been on the same situation as I am? Have you tried to get it out of your system? And if so, how did you do that?

Well, I'm not addicted to fast food, but in your case, if you don't know how to cook, then you're pretty much stuck with eating fast food. I would suggest trying to eat vegetables or salad instead of the more fatty foods. Try going to Wendy's instead of McDonald's.

Try going for fast food less often, and if you do, don't upsize your portions, however tempting it may be. You can try making your own sandwiches and burgers at home as well, it's probably cheaper and healthier!
