My dream is to travel to China. I been to a great many Islands, Europe, Canada, and Mexico. Asia is my next great adventure. Japan sounds exciting with all their advanced technology. However, my true dream trip is China. China has S-H-O-P-P-I-N-G. People I know that have been there tell me there is absolutely nothing like the incredible bargains one can get in China. Then of course if there any money left after all my shopping, I would love to visit the various casinos. They tell me Macau has casinos that are even better than Las Vegas. Having been to Vegas many times, I know to find a casinos to compare will really be a feat. Then if there is any money left I would love to visit the various temples.
I'd love to go to China. I'd go more for the cultural experience and private tai chi lessons. I've traveled around Europe, the Caribbean, and the US too. Now, I feel it's time I visit the East (Asia and the Middle East). I really want to go to India, more so than China. The only problem is that that part of the world is very unstable for me right now. So much is going on. Every month brings a new problem. It doesn't feel safe. But that's just the impression I get from the news.
I plan on traveling to japan after I graduate from college, and china does sound like a great place to visit. Mentioned in the previous post above me that Japan does have advanced technology and a exciting culture. I hope to visit some pretty cool places in their country.
Any first world Asian country is definitely a good place to visit. I would recommend going to South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and China if you have the time and money to spare. However, I would suggest staying away from the Philippines right now since my country is still in very deep turmoil. Although we are starting to promote change and maybe in the next 10-20 years, we can also boast the beautiful scenery that my country can offer.
A trip to China sounds like a great experience to have. There is an experiment, I guess you could say, that is taking place in the middle of the U. S., where the Chinese are building homes, businesses and commercial properties in the middle of the country. Idaho is the state where the land was purchased. So there may be products available for sale from China, right here in the country, bot the same, but?
Ive always wanted to visit China, aside from the food which I know is gonna be good, everything about it seems like it would be relaxing and an excellent vacation spot! I saw a picture of Heavens Gate I believe it was called and have really ,really wanted to go ever since. Also I want to try authentic Orange Chicken because im sure it is much better in China!!
I have been to China, back in the 80's on business, I owned a company in London which imported video cassette components from China, Macau, Honk Kong, and Singapore. I didn't really enjoy all the food in china, most of it is bland and boiled, it was not until I got to Hong Kong and Singapore that I noticed the food was spectacular. The country has a very uplifting feel to everything, a certain kind of 'chi' you can just feel the good energy eminating from there. I felt totally relaxed doing business there, although I didn't get to see all the sights it was an amazing place to be. I visited Macau Casino. I didn't feel that It was any better than Las Vegas, }(remember that this was the 80's). Overall I totally enjoyed everything about the far-eastern trip. The Hotels were superb and the food was amazing.
China is definitely one of the best countries you could visit if you're planning on getting some awesome shopping deals! The price of the goods there are really low to the point that some of it is unbelievable. I guess that's probably because they manufacture them in bulk for exports though I'm not exactly sure! But do look out for fake, imitation branded goods which China is especially notorious for! Besides the shopping, China also offers one a really great cultural experience with the many historic sites you could visit. The Forbidden City and the Great Wall are two such places you have to visit! For food, I recommend that you ask the locals what that particular area is famous for since each city has their own form of cuisine unique to them.
The given information in your post is really very good. Good information and very good job done by you guys.
China is a wonderful country. Their culture is also interesting as well as their religion. I would also love to travel to China. I have some half-chinese friends and they are really smart and kind. Of coarse there are also a lot of different places that should be visited in China and the top would always be the great wall of China. I might consider China next Summer if I have the funds. I don't think that the cost of living will be that expensive.
I went to China 2 years ago and it's true that shopping is best done there! They say that Hong Kong is the shopping capital of Asia, well I beg to disagree because I had more great bargains when I was in China. Almost everything there are really affordable! Food is awesome too!
I'd love to go to China! Who am I kidding, I'd love to go anywhere on Asia. Who am I kidding, I'd love to go anywhere in the world. I'd love to visit Shangai and Beijing, and, as the capitalist pig I am, Hong Kong Not only because I would be able to find tings for really low prices, but also to enjoy so many things that China has to offer.
I would love to visit China one day I hear it's very beautiful I have always wanted to go and spend a week or two maybe more I love to learn about different cultures and china are one of the ones i'd love to know more about
Yeah, I also want to go to China too so that I can see the Great Wall Of China, and of course to avail of the bargains over there. I've had a "taste" of China's bargains on Ebay, and I would like to experience it in person, lol.
Well, i wouldn't say that it would be a great place to live but i think i would like to visit there some time, maybe stay a week or two, see how things are, how the culture is aside from the tourism points.
I have heard from many friends that China is great in a short term aspect (around a week) enough time to go sight-seeing. They recommend Hong Kong fully to me as a cleaner version of China that sells nearly the same stuff and has great night atmosphere.
I grew up in China, and I came to the United States about 15 years ago. I just went back to my hometown, GuangZhou, with my parents about 6 months ago. I have not been back to China for 15 years because I didn't have the time and money. It has changed a lot because there are a lot of people now, and everything has gotten quite on the expensive side. The reason I went back to China was that I got married there, which I also had a wedding there too.
China is a beautiful country with abundant historical sites and specially peoples are friendly there and care to eachother, beautiful landscapes as well as cultural heritage...
Yes you are right Kasi! China is a talented country with the wide range of attractions. I have been there many times. It is one of my favorite destinations of Asia. I like it’s all traditions, culture, attractions and amusement parks. I totally agree with you that its people are very cooperative and responsive. I like their behavior, attitude and manners. It is really an appealing country.
