If you sign up to become a (free) member at Chili's and start getting their emails, they're forever sending out coupons for free appetizers, free kids' meals, free drinks, etc. Sometimes it's buy one get one free. Do you know of any other restaurants that do this? We use the appetizer coupons all the time.
