I have one and I would be happy to make it in mine. It's easy and there is little clean up I'd love to hear your recipe if you want to share!
This is one my mother used to make and anytime I make it, everyone rants and raves: 2/3 c. flour 1 T. parsley 1 t. baking powder 1/8 t.herb like basil 1/4 c. milk 2 T. oil method: Mix together dry ing. then add milk and oil. Pour into flour mixture. Stir with fork till combined. Drop mixture from a tablespoon to make 4 to 6 dumplings atop bubbling stew. cover; simmer for 10 to 12 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean. Do NOT LIFT COVER. Serves 4 to 6.
Sorry for the delay, I just saw this! Thank you! I ended up not making it last week so now it's on the menu for tomorrow The recipe looks great-- I've got all of those ingredients on hand. I will throw them into the soup. I can't wait, it was one of my childhood favorites.
