This is another vegetarian dish. The ingredients are spring roll wrapper, cabbage, string beans, sweet potato, half clove of garlic, 2 onions, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, cooking oil. Slice the vegetables in the desired size, crush the garlic and slice the onions. Sautee the garlic and the onion plus the fish sauce. Add the vegetables and stir for 1 minute before adding a little water. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Place an ample amount of sauteed vegetables on the wrapper and roll it. The spring roll is now ready for frying so fry it until brown. That’s it.
I haven't heard of vegan spring rolls yet, but it's an interesting dish. I prefer the Jollibee-cooked ones rather than the homemade spring rolls. The homemade ones don't taste that good.
