The ingredients are spring roll wrapper, 1 pound of turnip, 3 slices of bacon, cooking oil. Peel and slice the turnip in strips that is thinner than potato fries. Cut the bacon in 2-inch long pieces. Spread the wrapper and place the strips of turnip and 2 cuts of bacon in the center so you can roll it comfortably. Heat the pan and pour cooking oil. Fry the spring roll until it is golden brown.
