I went to purchase a 365 days subscription to Playstation Plus with Paypal and although they promised instant delivery, I was told I had to wait a minimum of 30 minutes as an agent had to look over the order. It took well over 30 minutes, almost an hour before I go an email from one of these agents requesting some sort of proof of identity in order for them to send over the code. I know that it wasn't a scam and they are doing it to protect themselves but it does make customers feel a bit uneasy. I did not want to send it to them so I requested a refund which I got quickly and bought it from another online store - no problems at all. Just wanted to notify anyone looking to purchase from them, if you're not comfortable sending in some sort of proof of identity, stay away from them
