I have to have a portable scanner for my job. I purchased a handheld scanner that did not require connection to the computer. I could never it the scanner to work so it was returned and I received a refund. I still need a scanner. I would prefer to not have to take my computer with me when I go to the courthouse where I get my data. Has anyone here used a good handheld scanner that they would be happy to recommend?
