They are now offering the Daily Value Set at HKD30 (USD4) during lunch hours. The set being promoted is the Grilled Pork Rice with Tempura (drinks included with no extra cost, and you can choose any one of these options: tea, coffee, soft drinks or iced green tea). I think it is a good deal if you are travelling to Hong Kong. It is a competitive alternative to McDonalds if you want to try new dishes.
