What? :D Now that is a shocking statement angelica, both bread and cereals are unhealthy to eat at breakfast? Why do you say carb-based foods are unhealthy for breakfast?

What's an healthy cereal in your opinion then?

I love having cereal for breakfast, but unfortunately I never have time during the week to sit down and eat breakfast during the week, I always eat something on the go.
I love having a bowl full of cereal and eating it with cold milk.

I'm not a big fan of breakfast generally, but I realised a couple of years ago that was partly due to the fact I can't stand sweet food for breakfast that I'd been brought up on as a kid! Now I have savoury stuff if I want anything, like soup, stew, a salad, pasta, a sandwich - anything I've got hanging around really. Quite often leave leftovers from dinner so that I can have them for breakfast.

Wow, that is impressive JoJo, soup, stew and pasta for breakfast? I would never have the stomach for that and I don't even know if that is healthy, to start the day with so much in the stomach. For how long do you have this diet?
