In recent days I had to look for a flight ticket to Latin America. I looked on the internet and found prices to vary considerably from site to site. So I went around to a travel agency to find the cheapest and most convenient ticket for me. But something told me that I should shop around more. After visiting two more agencies, I found a ticket for a staggering 480 Euros less than in the other places. The only inconvenience is that I have to wait two hours more in one of the airports. So, I am feeling quite happy right now.
What is your preferred way of making air travel arrangements?

    480 euros less? That's insane!

My favorite way is to use sites like Expedia and Priceline. They're pretty good at pulling the best prices and giving me a lot of options to choose from.

I use Expedia when my exact dates and times are required. I use Priceline when I want to see if flying in or out a day early/late makes a big difference in price.
