There are lots of photo editing apps available for free download at the Goole Play Store. However, you can't go about and download every single one of them. If you would only have one photo editing app for your mobile device, I would recommend that you get Pixlr o matic. It has so many filters, overlays, and frames that you could mix and match in order to edit your photos and male them a lot more attractive. Any more suggestions?
Though I've not used this app, what I've read from the users' reviews on the product are encouraging thus I'll agree with you on this one. Thanks for the suggestion, Immediately I acquire an android device, I'll surely go for this photo editor!
