We use a lot of artificial sweeteners in our household but I'm still unsure as to which one is the best. As of now we already have many different brands we use interchangeably but I'd love to know if there is one brand that I should stick to in particular. I recently saw the claims in one of them and it said it was derived from sugar cane so I'm thinking that's probably better than the aspartame based ones, though I'm still not exactly sure of the science behind all of them so I'd love to hear from someone with more knowledge on the subject. Which artificial sweetener do you think is best and why?
