In the olden days women didn't have rouge and eye shadow like they do now so they would have to pinch their cheeks to get the blood flowing. In one country I visited the women stamp out flower petals and make a paste. They take this paste and let it rest on their nail bed for about a half hour. When they remove the paste, their nail beds are stained and this is a type of natural 'nail polish'. It takes days for the stain to remove itself. Do you have any tricks or secrets like that?
