I had never heard of Banoffee pie, so I did a Google search. Boy, does it look tasty. I even found some gluten free versions that look good. I wish my "baking calendar" wasn't so full because I'd like to try to whip one up. I don't think I'll have the time to make one until after Christmas, but I can see why you say it's one of the best foods on the planet.
