Bacon grease/fat

    Whenever I cook bacon I save the excess fat in a mason jar I keep in my fridge, which I then use when I'm cooking things like eggs, hash-browns, sometimes even steak if I'm trying to add more flavor.

    Does anyone else do this? I know I'm not saving much, but it's satisfactory to not waste...
