There are many chain gyms and health clubs chains across America, so I'm wondering if these large chains are offering some special coupon code or discount as new year promo to get people subscribing or waving the first month subscription or something. I have never been frantic about going to a gym but one of my 2014 resolutions is start working out under professional guidance. Can you recommend me any gym or share any subscription deal you know about?
I know Bally Fitness is always offering super cheap deals for a 1 year sign up because I receive emails from them every once in a while. It's really affordable, and I think their gyms are pretty good. I went to one in San Jose, CA and it was pretty decent, I loved the body jam classes!! I think it's worth looking them up in your area.
